Description POSITION PURPOSE: To manage the club lounge according to Hilton brand standards by providing detailed customer service to Hilton Honors guests. This includes necessary set-up, upkeep, break down, and cleaning functions of the club lounge. Essential Functions
- Sets up club lounge with tables, chairs, china, silverware, and other service equipment; and breaks down club lounge according to contract and supervisor's instructions.
- Services of food and beverages according to standards and event orders.
- Handles guest requests or gets assistance from supervisor or manager.
- Keeps accurate counts on number of covers or guests utilizing the Club Lounge throughout the service
- Communicates frequently with supervisors as to the progress of the day's work.
- Maintains cleanliness of club lounge, public areas, pantry and storage areas.
- Maintains inventory of necessary supplies.
- Maintains Hilton's high standards of quality and service.
- Performs other duties and assists in other hotel areas as assigned.
- Ability to read and comprehend English in order to receive instructions from managers and guests.
- Ability to respond quickly and accurately to guest requests.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. with reasonable accommodation.
- Prior hospitality or food and beverage experience preferred.
