About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinical Intern with a strong foundation in clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, or professional counseling. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions
• Collaborate with licensed therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, as needed
• Participate in peer consultation and case review to ensure best practices and continuous quality improvement
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices
• Contribute to the growth and development of Insight Therapy Solutions through innovative ideas and feedback

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need:

• A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, marriage and family therapy, professional counseling)
• Current intern license in one of the following areas: CSWI, MFTI, or CPCI
• Availability to report to our NV office (for CSWI specialization)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work with diverse populations
• Proficiency in electronic health records and other relevant software

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and approaches
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with insurance billing and credentialing
