Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical teams in the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA solutions for cost management processes, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to current systems.
- Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Architecture, Security, Development, and Maintenance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Utilize expertise in SAP solutions and agile methodologies to drive project success and minimize costs.
- Ensure data integrity, availability, and confidentiality across digital platforms.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and improvement within the team.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in SAP transformation projects, with a focus on cost management processes.
- 2+ years of experience in leading technical teams and managing projects.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA, agile methodologies, or cloud technologies are a plus.

- Master's degree or specialization in IT project management, digital transformation, or cloud technologies.
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation and integration.
