Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Pre- and post-examination of client programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on assisting the business in making informed decisions.
• Investigate the performance of various pilot initiatives while following a testing framework (e.g., A/B Testing).
• Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions.
• Proactively search for trends and patterns in the data evaluated to recognize gaps or opportunities the business needs to consider or address.
• Support the design and development of Blithequark tools to improve financial targets, based on various switches from top-line to bottom-line, with continued development of value chain capabilities.
• Model business scenarios based on known data sets and business needs/requirements.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed, and design executive summaries.
• Any other related and assigned duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, with an emphasis on analysis, modeling, or forecasting.
• Management Consulting or Engineering experience highly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills – Pivot tables, VLookups, with modeling capabilities.
• Strong data literacy.
• Data visualization via Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
• Proficient in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Understanding of Profit and Loss Statement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL.
• Statistical analysis using R or a similar tool.
• Knowledge of Edge Minder (Notable Interactive Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools.
• Knowledge of SharePoint.
• Functional understanding of selling, delivery, warehouse, production processes.
• Project management or consulting experience.
