Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
