As an Executive Assistant, Social Media & Influencer Partnerships, you will provide administrative support to the VP, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and facilitating the achievement of strategic marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex scheduling responsibilities, including calendar management, with meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of the VP's priorities and commitments.
  • Provide administrative support to the full social department, including tasks such as opening social handles, processing contracts, billing, and liaising with social platform partners.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and ensure that all logistical aspects of business trips are meticulously planned and executed.
  • Prepare and manage expense reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, securing and planning space, facilitating content development, and following up on action items as necessary.
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and track action items, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are properly assigned and completed.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience in the entertainment industry, with a deep understanding of the sector's unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, managers, and external partners at all levels.
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges, adapt to changing circumstances, and contribute to the team's success.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Google Docs and Spreadsheets, and Gmail.

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in the entertainment industry, with a deep understanding of the sector's trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Historical knowledge of, and passion for, media, film, and television, with a keen interest in the latest developments and innovations in the industry.
  • Experience working with entertainment industry professionals, both in front of and behind the camera, with a strong network of contacts and a deep understanding of the industry's nuances.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a strong educational foundation in a relevant field, such as communications, marketing, or business administration.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $53,300 to $71,300 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek, as well as a range of perks and benefits, including medical, financial, and other benefits. We also offer a bonus and/or long-term incentive units as part of the compensation package, depending on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and performance.
