Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ensure that all information is accurate and up to date, including client records and travel arrangements
  • Work with clients to determine their needs and assist them with their travel arrangements, including but not limited to:
    • Flights
    • Cruises
    • Theme parks
    • Hotel/resort accommodations
    • Rental cars
  • Complete required certification within a timely manner and participate in ongoing training with blithequark and our travel partners
  • Maintain reliable internet access and utilize a smartphone and/or computer to perform job duties

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be located in the United States
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Must be able to stay organized and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • 1 year of customer service experience is preferred but not necessary

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Prior experience in the travel industry or customer service field
  • Knowledge of travel software and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
