Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately running automated CNC metal machining machines per specifications, utilizing a variety of measuring instruments, setting tools, making tool page offsets, investigating and troubleshooting issues, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and documenting as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately run automated CNC metal machining machines per specifications
• Utilize a variety of measuring instruments, including gauging and other precision tools
• Set tools and make tool page offsets as required
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues with machines and processes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Document production, maintenance, and other activities as needed

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of machinist experience setting up and operating milling machines
• Strong ability to understand blueprints, GD&T, and G&M codes
• Ability to follow safety requirements and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
• Ability to utilize gauging and a variety of measuring instruments with precision
• Solid work history and reliability
• US citizen or green card holder
• Residence within 45 minutes of the Big Bend, WI area

• Experience with CNC machining software and programming
