About the Role

We're on the hunt for a seasoned Oracle Service Cloud expert to leverage their skills in a fully remote setting with occasional travel requirements. As an Oracle Service Cloud consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and managing Oracle Service Cloud solutions for our client. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Oracle Service Cloud solutions, including Customer Portal, Customer Script, and BUI Extensions
• Develop and integrate PHP and REST APIs to connect with other applications
• Configure and manage modules like CPM, Business Rules, Workspaces/Workflows, and Analytics (Reporting)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Oracle Service Cloud configurations and customizations
• Participate in knowledge base configuration and management
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Service Cloud releases, features, and best practices

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) implementation projects
• At least 3 successful Oracle Service Cloud implementation projects
• Strong understanding of Customer Portal, Customer Script, and BUI Extensions
• Proficiency in PHP and REST APIs for integration with other applications
• Experience with integrating Oracle Service Cloud with other applications and systems
• Knowledge of modules like CPM, Business Rules, Workspaces/Workflows, and Analytics (Reporting)
• Good understanding of JavaScript and its applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Chat module and its configurations
• Strong knowledge of knowledge base configuration and management
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
