About the Role

As a Lead Data Scientist at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in driving business productivity, efficiency, and customer experience through data science initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Solution Development: Design and develop algorithms and models to extract business insights from large datasets; apply advanced analytics methodologies; and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management and Team Support: Lead and manage large and complex projects and teams; provide guidance on prioritization of work and ensure quality of work; offer mentorship and training to junior team members; collaborate with leaders and teams to deliver projects and allocate resources.
• Business Collaboration: Influence business strategy through broad business knowledge; develop trust and partnerships with internal clients and cross-functional teams; provide technical training on advanced analytics to the data science community.
• Technical Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with key advancements in data science by attending conferences and publishing papers; participate in the continuous improvement of data science and analytics by developing replicable solutions; define best practices and develop a clear vision for data analysis and model productionalization.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.).
• Demonstrated expertise in predictive modeling, data mining, and data analysis.
• Proven ability to apply statistical techniques to identify key insights that solve business problems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
