Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute data analysis projects to drive business insights and inform decision making
• Apply statistical analysis techniques to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and tools to analyze and interpret complex data sets
• Communicate results to a wide range of audiences, including senior leadership and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data analysis and business intelligence
• Guide junior staff and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or Finance
• At least 3 years of work experience in data analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analytics
• Proficiency in analysis software and applications, such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAFE Agile or similar methodologies
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, or other business intelligence tools
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with data mining, machine learning, or predictive analytics
• Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
