As a key member of our Deals and Channel Strategy and Operations team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and delivering new sales enablement experiences for our staff and clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a pivotal new tool for clients and sales staff to enhance the sales experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Channel Projects Development and Customer Deals Enablement
• Map out the client journey and work with program managers to meet goals
• Orchestrate content from various sources and develop a style guide
• Maintain a library of all association content and monitor performance
• Participate in fast prototyping and testing
• Develop innovative solutions with IT and Product Management teams to drive sales and improve customer experience

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
• 8+ years of experience working with content improvement teams and local partners
• Proven experience in content optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing
• In-depth knowledge of Blithequark's products, features, and applications
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate metrics into effective content strategies
• Experience with content management tools, including Adobe Experience Director
• Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a geo-profoundly liked environment
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools and platforms
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
