Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional support and guidance as they navigate our products and services. You'll be responsible for resolving complex issues, answering questions, and providing personalized recommendations to help our customers achieve their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide personalized support and guidance to customers, taking into account their unique needs and preferences
  • Utilize our proprietary systems and tools to access customer information and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare, business, communications)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers on a personal level
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of healthcare and wellness industry trends and best practices
  • Certification in a related field (e.g. customer service, healthcare, wellness)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
