The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to policyholders via phone, email, and other channels
- Promoting digital self-service capabilities and empowering customers to take control of their insurance experience
- Collaborating with colleagues and leadership to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires adaptability, problem-solving, and critical thinking
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment while navigating multiple programs and systems
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Spanish bilingual a plus

Work Environment and Schedule
This role will have a 100% remote work arrangement, with the flexibility to work from anywhere. However, to broaden career growth, collaboration, and cross-functional interaction, you must reside within a commutable distance to our San Antonio, TX, Charlotte, NC, Lake Mary, FL, Naperville, IL, and Hartford, CT offices. The training schedule will be Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM EST, for the first 8 weeks. After training, the schedule will be Monday-Friday, 12:30 PM-9:00 PM EST, with every other Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST, and Thursday as your comp day.
