Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Quality Control Standards and Guidelines team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing large data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to inform business strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Full Stack Data Analyst may include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components.
  • Help with creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders.
  • Assist with exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide logical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities.
  • Present findings, trends, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding.
  • Help with creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements.
  • Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the team.
  • Assess the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors.
  • Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision.
  • May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Involved ability to collect, organize, analyze large amounts of data with care and accuracy.
  • Ability to effectively listen, understand, and communicate thoughts and present written, verbally, or presentations delivered to discussions of varying audiences.
  • Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting measurements.
  • Should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is preferred.
  • Ability to grasp the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning.
  • Ability to use PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications is preferred.
  • Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a team-oriented, help/group-focused environment.
  • Ability to focus on responsibilities independently and be a self-motivated individual.
  • Past internship experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data appropriately.
  • Ability to plan and support large business initiatives.
