Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 10+ years of customer support experience, with a strong track record of success

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Google Sheets, and remote desktop software
  • Experience with live chat software and customer support platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Familiarity with data privacy and security best practices, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

  • Familiarity with popular web browsers and the ability to troubleshoot browser-related issues

  • $175 internet stipend per month
