Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 10+ years of customer support experience, with a strong track record of success

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Proficiency in computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Google Sheets, and remote desktop software
- Experience with live chat software and customer support platforms
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Familiarity with data privacy and security best practices, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

As a Customer Service/Account Representative at blithequark, you will receive a competitive compensation package, including:
- Hourly rate of $20/hour
- $175 internet stipend per month
