About the Role

The Inbound/Outbound Queue Associate is responsible for entering service authorizations, performing non-medical research, and providing support services to team members. You'll maintain accurate and complete documentation, protect member confidentiality, and assist in resolving claims payment issues. This role requires strong communication, telephonic, and organizational skills, as well as a customer-centric approach to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter service authorizations accurately and efficiently
  • Perform non-medical research to establish, maintain, and close open cases
  • Provide support services to team members, including research and problem-solving assistance
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation that meets risk management, regulatory, and accreditation requirements
  • Protect member confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality
  • Assist in researching and resolving claims payment issues
  • Demonstrate effective communication, telephonic, and organizational skills
  • Provide strong customer service, coordinating service delivery and resolving issues proactively

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet our required qualifications and possess the skills and competencies we're looking for.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to type, problem-solve, critically think, use basic office software, and communicate effectively
  • Must be a resident of the State of Illinois with a valid Illinois driver's license
  • High School Degree/GED or equivalent experience

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently

Work Environment and Culture

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $17.00 - $31.30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your compensation, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:
