Job Summary

As a Lowe's Pro Renovations (LPR) Project Representative, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating home renovation projects from start to finish. This will involve reviewing project opportunities, conducting site walks, preparing comprehensive bid packets, and partnering with customers, account owners, and independent service providers to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Opportunity Review: Review submitted project opportunities for viability, including compliance reviews, and partner with account owners to address concerns or clarify project details.
  • Site Walks and Project Planning: Conduct site walks to identify project scope, product needs, and installation service opportunities, and develop comprehensive bid packets based on walk details, installer inputs, and customer selections.
  • Customer Engagement and Communication: Partner with customers, account owners, and independent service providers to ensure successful project execution, and perform post-mortem conversations with key stakeholders to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Project Scheduling and Coordination: Collaborate with the LPR Virtual Support team, installers, and customers to host pre-construction conferences, ensure ordering, deliveries, installation, and overall project scheduling is aligned and forecasted.
  • System and Process Management: Leverage defined systems and processes to provide a best-in-class customer experience, and support peers and leaders with other duties as assigned and required.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, with 1-2 years of construction experience and a strong sales background.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present bid packets and negotiate project details.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of blueprints and technical skills, with basic computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Construction Industry Experience: Experience working in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience managing and coordinating projects, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience providing exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
