About the Role

As a Coach and Operations Manager Trainee, you'll play a critical role in driving business success and developing the skills of our associates. You'll be responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Develop Teams: Teach, train, and mentor associates to achieve business objectives and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Drive Sales Growth: Analyze sales data, manage inventory, and implement strategies to drive sales and profit growth.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Model and promote exceptional customer service standards, ensuring customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Associate Development: Hire, train, and develop associates, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their career goals.
• Business Operations: Coordinate and complete job-related activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Financial Management: Review and analyze financial data, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2 years of college or equivalent experience
• 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience, or 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge:

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
