Job Summary: Regional & Local OTR Loads
As an Owner Operator Truck Driver with NRL Carrier, you'll have the freedom and flexibility to choose from regional and local OTR loads, hauling dry vans, flatbeds, and reefers, as well as power-only loads. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a semi-truck (either a sleeper or day cab) to transport goods and materials across regional and local routes
- Haul dry vans, flatbeds, and reefers, as well as power-only loads
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety regulations
- Keep accurate records of hours of service, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance
Requirements: What We Look for in a Candidate
To succeed as an Owner Operator Truck Driver with NRL Carrier, you'll need:
- A valid Class A CDL License
- Ownership of a semi-truck (either a sleeper or day cab)
- A minimum of 2 years of Class A CDL experience with a clean MVR
- No accidents in the last 5 years
