Job Summary

We're seeking a part-time licensed psychologist to join our network of providers. As a licensed psychologist with Rula, you'll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, determine your caseload, and focus on delivering high-quality care to your clients. You'll be reimbursed $80 per session for initial or 90837 appointments (53-minute sessions), and you'll have access to a range of benefits, including no-show protection, free continuing education units, and a thriving provider community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, client-centered mental health services via telehealth
• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and treat clients with various mental health conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in mental health care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Essential Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LP
• Must be licensed in Oklahoma
• Must be able to provide telehealth services
• Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse client populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a telehealth or online therapy setting
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and HIPAA compliance
• Experience with outcome measures and treatment planning
• Strong interest in delivering high-quality, client-centered care

Clinical Leadership and Support

• Clinical leadership and support from our executive team, including a licensed provider
• Care Coordination team manages Higher Level of Care requests for your clients
• Quality Team of licensed clinicians leads peer reviews, develops practice guidelines, and provides clinical training resources

Provider Community and Continuing Education

• Thriving provider-only online community for asynchronous connection and resource sharing
• Weekly live peer-to-peer case consultations facilitated by a licensed clinician
• Drop-in provider sessions three times each week for questions and support
• Free continuing education units: providers who contract with Rula become eligible for CEU benefits after completing just one appointment
