Job Description

We're seeking customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide information on products, services, and policies, and assist customers with placing orders and navigating our website
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies to provide informed support to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Access to a quiet, distraction-free work environment and reliable internet connection
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
