Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with world-class support and service. Your primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction by effectively addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in basic computer applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional coursework or certifications in customer service or related fields
• Experience in an e-commerce or technology company
• Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
