Job Summary

As an Online Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You will assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications, provide information on flight schedules, airline policies, and travel requirements, and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications
  • Provide information on flight schedules, airline policies, and travel requirements
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize various software applications to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements
