Job Summary

As an Online Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You will assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications, provide information on flight schedules, airline policies, and travel requirements, and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
