Job Description

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat. You'll resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools, and follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. You'll also keep records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to work less than 4 hours a day
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
