Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, chat, email)
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy with customers
  • Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Working closely with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
