About the Role

As a Remote Live Chat Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers from all over the world. You will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat, resolving customer issues, and guiding customers through troubleshooting processes.
