Job Summary

As a part-time Customer Support Specialist (Evenings) at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for resolving product or service issues, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve issues, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. This part-time position is perfect for those who enjoy problem-solving and have a passion for serving customers. The working hours will be during the evenings for under 4 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve them promptly
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Experience

* Previous customer service experience would be a significant advantage

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of customer service software and tools
• Certification in customer service or a related field
