Job Description

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers, identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, and following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. The ideal candidate will be able to take the extra mile to engage customers and build relationships, maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, and work effectively in a team environment.
