Job Summary
As a Virtual Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat. Responsibilities

Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
