Job Summary

We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team in California. As a customer service representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently, and stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Responsibilities

Requirements
