Key Responsibilities and Expectations

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your primary focus will be on ensuring the accurate and timely review and filing of legal documents. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to expand your knowledge of the industry, our processes, and our systems
  • Investigating discrepancies and resolving issues as they arise, in collaboration with the e-Fulfilment and e-Filing team
  • Completing additional projects and tasks as assigned, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting common goals
  • Collaborating with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • No prior experience is necessary, but data entry experience is considered an asset
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Desire and ability to be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
