Job Overview and Responsibilities

As a Customer Call Center Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services. This is a remote position that requires you to live within 50 miles of a blithequark Center Site. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding customer service inquiries and handling customer service transactions independently, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Listening for and identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services, contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Establishing customer accounts by negotiating and documenting service type, pricing, billing, and other required information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Supporting other service lines when required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing business needs
  • Meeting or exceeding service and operational standards established for the call center, striving for continuous improvement and excellence

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning
  • One (1) year of previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • High-speed internet (Minimum 50mbs download and 10mbs upload), ensuring reliable and efficient connectivity
  • Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Computer skills, including MS Office, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems
