Job Description

As a Virtual Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for entering and updating data into our systems accurately and efficiently. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our data is reliable and up-to-date. You will work independently, managing multiple tasks simultaneously and adhering to data entry guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities:

* Entering data from various sources into company databases and systems

  • Verifying the accuracy of data entries
  • Updating and correcting existing data
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Generating reports and performing data analysis as needed
  • Communicating with team members and supervisors to resolve data discrepancies
  • Adhering to data entry guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Essential Qualifications:
