Key Responsibilities

As our Director, Consumer Data Collection and Activation, you'll be responsible for driving first-party (1PD) customer data collection and activation strategies across our digital ecosystem. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing comprehensive plans for gathering, managing, and utilizing first-party customer data across our digital environment
• Designing and enhancing data collection structures, including website cookies, customer enrollments, surveys, and other online interactions, to capture valuable customer insights
• Defining and executing customized customer journeys across digital channels, ensuring consistency and relevance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align first-party customer data collection and activation strategies with overall business objectives
• Cultivating a collaborative environment that fosters information sharing and cross-functional collaboration
• Working closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure data collection practices comply with industry standards and regulations

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, computer science)
• At least 8-12 years of experience in a digital customer engagement or CRM leadership role
• Proven expertise in data-driven customer engagement strategies and a passion for advocating for the best customer experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and partners
• A results-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret business goals into meaningful customer engagement strategies
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Experience with data analysis, customer segmentation, and targeting strategies
• Familiarity with industry-standard data management platforms and tools
• Certification in data management, marketing automation, or a related field
