Requirements
To be successful as a Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will need:- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers via live chat
- The ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with chat platforms, including our CRM system
- A reliable high-speed internet connection, ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively from home
