Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Communicating effectively with customers via inbound phone calls and emails, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Responding quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries through various technological platforms, including our ticketing system, Freshdesk.
- Effectively navigating diverse customer inquiries and collaborating with internal support teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times, even in the most challenging situations.
- Navigating and resolving complex customer inquiries through Freshdesk ticketing system in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively extinguishing customer complaints by consistently following our Standard Operating Procedures.
- Covering Monday-Friday shifts that rotate between 7:30am-3:30pm CST and 10am-6pm CST.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will need:
- 2-3 years of previous experience in IT/technical support, with a strong focus on customer service.
- 1-2 years of general customer support and inbound call experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to quickly analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- The ability to communicate effectively with internal teams to describe complex situations and collaborate on resolving customer issues.
- Familiarity with utilizing ticketing systems, such as Freshdesk.
