  • Go above and beyond to help clients navigate the intricacies of our industry, ensuring they get the most out of our software

  • Collaborate with other customer service groups to provide seamless support and ensure client satisfaction

Essential Qualifications and Skills

We're looking for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. While industry experience is not necessary, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Treat others with respect and empathy
  • Collaborative and coachable, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Self-motivated, independent learner, and critical thinker
  • Strong customer service skills, with clear and concise communication
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to work effectively in an online environment
  • Internet requirements: 4 MB up and 10 MB down (satellite internet not recommended)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience
