WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative working remotely, you'll be the face of blithequark's insurance clients, providing expert customer service and support via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through digital channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Actively listening to customers and asking pertinent questions to understand their needs and preferences.
• Advising customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing tailored to their individual circumstances.
• Processing new and amended enrollments efficiently and accurately.
• Ensuring clients' customers enjoy authentic, personalized experiences that meet their expectations.
• Delivering expert customer experiences with a customer-centric approach, always with a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed as a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• An active Personal Lines resident license to sell insurance.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes.
• A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• A patient and empathetic nature, with excellent communication skills.
• The ability to pass a background check.
• Residence in the United States or a valid U.S. address.
