Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. You will be responsible for entering and updating data within our system, verifying the accuracy of data before entering it into the system, and following company procedures and guidelines. This is a remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter data accurately and efficiently into our system

  • Update existing data as required to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system to prevent errors and discrepancies
  • Follow company procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance and data integrity
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the success of our operations

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in data entry or a related field preferred

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in data entry or a related field

  • Knowledge of database management systems and data analysis software
  • Experience with cloud-based applications and software as a service (SaaS)
  • Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g. Certified Data Entry Specialist)
