About the Role

As a Senior Data Science Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify novel insights and opportunities
• Designing and executing A/B tests of our latest suggestion algorithms
• Proactively monitoring our suggestion models to identify potential issues and resolve them
• Developing new tools and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and AI partners
• Presenting key findings and recommendations to senior leadership across the organization

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
• Experience in data analysis and machine learning, preferably in a web-based business setting
• In-depth knowledge of SQL, including query optimization, stored procedures, and data warehousing
• Proficiency in Python and Python libraries, including Jupyter Notebook, pandas, and scikit-learn
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis to drive business decisions
• Familiarity with AI algorithms and methods, such as decision trees, random forests, and deep learning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and drive results
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and technical abilities, with a critical thinking mindset
