About the Role

This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule that requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns, and exceed performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and professional support.
  • Provide Accurate Information: Offer accurate and up-to-date information about blithequark's products and services.
  • Handle Complaints and Escalations: Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Document Customer Interactions: Record all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation.
  • Follow-up on Customer Issues: Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and follow-up to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Participate in Training and Development: Engage in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Meet Performance Goals: Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, contributing to the success of the team.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-year customer service experience in a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to Work in High-Pressure Situations: The ability to work in high-pressure situations, handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Aviation Industry Experience: Previous experience in the aviation industry is an asset.
  • Multilingual: Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
