Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This full-time temporary position offers the potential for conversion to permanent based on good performance. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing incoming customer queries, processing payments and modifications, and escalating complaints. Responsibilities
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming customer queries and fielding questions regarding policy information
- Taking a high volume of calls, communicating via email and letters as appropriate
- Processing payments, modifications, and escalating complaints
- Delivering exceptional overall customer service
- Documenting all client communications
- Serving as the point person for our clients as well as their customers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call-center environment
- Demonstrated communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong independent problem-solving and analytical skills
- High energy, customer-centric approach, friendly demeanor, empathy, and patience
- Bilingual Spanish/English is highly preferred
