Job Summary
As a REMOTE Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Answering live chats from customers and providing exceptional support and guidance
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
- Collaborating with the sales team to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and performance metrics

Key Responsibilities
* Answer live chats from customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
