Job Summary

As a REMOTE Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering live chats from customers and providing exceptional support and guidance
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
  • Collaborating with the sales team to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and performance metrics
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities

* Answer live chats from customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers, and make recommendations to meet their needs
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and performance metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the shipping container industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
