Job Summary

As a Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our members receive exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for taking inbound calls, gathering and entering detailed trip information, handling member inquiries and complaint intake, and working collaboratively with internal departments to address real-time issues. Primary Responsibilities

* Taking inbound calls from members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans to provide exceptional customer service and support

  • Accurately entering ride details to ensure successful ride completion and ensuring that members receive the transportation they need
  • Confirming member eligibility and answering member inquiries regarding transportation services
  • Identifying and assessing members' additional needs and intaking member concerns in a compassionate and empathetic manner
  • Actively working with other internal departments to quickly address real-time issues and ensure seamless communication
  • Other duties as assigned to support the success of our members and the growth of our organization

Required Education and Experience

* Must be fluent in Mandarin (verbal) and possess a high school diploma or equivalent

  • One (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high call volume atmosphere, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively in person, via email, and over the phone

  • Positive and helpful attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability, with the ability to work effectively with geographically and culturally diverse populations and personalities
  • Ability to work independently and/or with a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Accurately type 35 wpm or more, with the ability to adapt to changes in business, strategy, and technology
  • Ability to empathize with members and/or their guardians, with a strong commitment to delivering compassionate and supportive service

Job Requirements

* Must be able to pass a criminal background record check and sanctions check

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have the ability to work flexible shifts to include overnights and weekends

What You'll Need if Working Remotely

* A well-lit, dedicated, and quiet area from where to work remotely without interruption or distraction

  • A notebook or desktop computer, with a minimum processing speed of 1.6 GHz and 16 GB usable RAM available
  • High-Speed Broadband service (wired only) with a minimum of 150 Mbps in a dedicated (single person use) environment or 300 Mbps if in a shared environment (having a backup internet provider is a plus!)
