Job Summary

In this exciting role, you will work closely with our largest and most important customers to identify and resolve complex technical issues, automate repetitive processes, and drive business growth through strategic partnerships. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure seamless onboarding and optimal utilization of our Redshift services. Your technical expertise, combined with your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Redshift engineering, product, and operations teams to identify and resolve technical issues, automate repetitive processes, and drive business growth through strategic partnerships

  • Work directly with our largest and most important customers to understand their technical requirements, provide expert guidance, and ensure seamless onboarding and optimal utilization of our Redshift services
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Redshift architecture, customer use-cases, and configurations to provide informed technical support and guidance
  • Prioritize operational issues, communicate roadmaps and technical updates with customers, and drive feature prioritization based on customer feedback and business needs
  • Automate repetitive processes and develop scalable solutions to improve efficiency and reduce technical debt
  • Work closely with business and support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of technical requirements and solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support or customer success role, with a focus on cloud-based services and data analytics
  • In-depth knowledge of Redshift architecture, data warehousing, and data analytics
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud-based services, data engineering, and data science
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple technical issues and projects
  • Experience with automation tools, such as Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based services, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support or customer success role, with a focus on cloud-based services and data analytics
  • Experience with data engineering, data science, and machine learning
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, data governance, and data security
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based services, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Bonus: 10% - 20% of annual salary, depending on performance
