Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assisting passengers with booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving issues related to their travel experience
  • Providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and blithequark services
  • Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Upholding blithequark standards of excellence in customer service and contributing to a positive passenger experience

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Proficiency in computer navigation and basic software applications
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field (preferred but not required)

Experience and Training
