Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Data Analytics Analyst to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into our business decisions and strategies.
Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into our business decisions and strategies
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Identify areas of improvement and develop recommendations to drive business outcomes
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into our business decisions and strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in complex data sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and macros
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong understanding of data modeling and database concepts
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
