About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and verification processes through our ticketing system, live chat, and phone support
- Providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries in both English and Japanese
- Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Documenting customer requests and providing feedback to improve our services
- Working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (S1) or higher in a relevant field
- Proficiency in English and Japanese (minimum JLPT N2 level)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial or e-commerce industries
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Passion for customer service and a willingness to work flexible shifts, including night shifts
- Positive attitude towards the cryptocurrency industry
Preferred Qualifications
* Additional language skills, such as Mandarin or Korean
- Experience in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide feedback
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
