Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer interactions via inbound calls, ensuring that every customer receives an optimum level of service and achieves the best possible resolution.
  • Providing expert advice to customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, leveraging your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to find creative solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all relevant information is documented and up-to-date.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a patient, empathetic, and compassionate approach.
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Proficiency in Windows and MS Office, with a strong understanding of computer systems and technology.
  • Strong social support system, with the ability to work from home and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
